Moraduselek is a career coaching practice for people who want a professional choice to be both ambitious and accurately held. We organise a question into evidence, obligations, language and a viable next step.

02 / THE MAILROOM

Three letters
to make the
question legible.

Instead of one sweeping statement about “what next”, a career dossier can separate the questions a person is carrying. The letters below are prompts, not prescriptions.

LETTER ONE

To the work
you want to keep.

Which parts of your current craft, responsibility or contribution deserve protection when a role changes?

LETTER TWO

To the context
you need to change.

Which surrounding conditions are making your current role too narrow, too noisy or too difficult to sustain?

LETTER THREE

To the evidence
you still need.

Which conversation, research task or small test would make a choice less speculative?

Choose a letter to place a career question on the desk.

03 / ROUTE RIBBON

Follow the
thread, not a
fictional line.

A career often contains breaks, returns, pivots and parallel responsibilities. A useful route acknowledges those turns rather than editing them away in service of a cleaner story.

  1. NoticeWhat is asking for a clearer name?
  2. GatherWhat evidence should sit beside the feeling?
  3. TryWhat contained action can change the picture?

04 / COMMITMENTS LEDGER

Hold the
desire beside
the obligation.

Career decisions are not made outside a life. This ledger is a way to look at contribution, energy, financial reality, care commitments, learning and risk without treating any one column as the only truth.

PINNED NOTE

Role / Is the title doing too much work in the story you are telling?

Titles can be useful shorthand, but they can hide the actual contribution, context and relationship that makes a role viable.

Career coaching conversation

06 / CORRESPONDENCE

Prepare for the
conversation that
changes the map.

A good career conversation does not need to produce a promise. It can test language, make a working context visible, reveal a constraint or offer a more exact picture of a field.

07 / SEAL THE HYPOTHESIS

Choose a
next move with
enough evidence.

Move the seal to set a different prompt. These prompts do not score or predict a career outcome.

CONVERSATION / WHO COULD OFFER A BETTER VIEW?

A purposeful conversation can invite a different perspective, test a career narrative and expose conditions that are difficult to see from inside a current role.

CAREER NARRATIVE

Find language for a pattern without turning a career into a polished fiction.

ROLE RESEARCH

09 / STEPS ALREADY TAKEN

Let the
small move leave
a trace.

Not every career action needs a dramatic announcement. A single introduction, research task or carefully drafted note can make the next question more exact.

10 / QUESTIONS

Before the
next letter,
ask clearly.

A career coaching dossier may include decision framing, career narrative, role research, transition planning, interview preparation, practical experiments and reflective conversations. Scope follows the particular question and context. Moraduselek does not promise employment, promotion, compensation, admission or a particular professional outcome.

Yes, provided the uncertainty can be worked with as a question rather than a demand for certainty. Early work can distinguish what is known, what needs evidence and which next action might make a professional choice more legible. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, immigration, medical or mental-health advice.

Do not send identification documents, employer-confidential materials, passwords, compensation records, medical information, financial details or other sensitive content through the public form. A short non-confidential account of the question and the moment in which it arises is enough to begin an appropriate conversation.

No. This site does not take payment, reserve a session or create a coaching agreement. If further work is appropriate, scope, confidentiality, format, fees, cancellation, responsibilities and limitations should be agreed separately in writing before paid work begins.

11 / DISPATCH

needs a desk.
